All information collected on this web site is kept privately and not sold to any third parties. Recycling for Charities does share any donation information that is not anonymously selected by the doner with the charities for their records of donated funds. Recycling for Charities does use all information collected on this web site for their legal and tax purposes only.
Recycling for Charities website has the right to change at any time the donation amount value of items received. Furthermore Recycling for Charities has the right to refuse items donated and have them disposed of properly in accordance with all United States EPA guidelines without any donation being made, returned to their point of origin at the cost of the donation point or contact or organization of origin.
Recycling for Charities and their selected vendors pays for all makes and models, even if models are not shown on any made available lists. Units will need an intact LCD, no visible water damage, and an intact hinge to received any funds. We do NOT power up or test call on phones. Battery, charger, etc. are not needed for donations. The following physical and cosmetic damages, if multiple in number, may disqualify a phone: missing parts; charger port damage; excessive casing damage or water damage. RFC or their vendors may add models to this list only when they have been received; values are subject to change. Models that do not appear on this list are considered and priced per market value.

Furthermore Recycling for Charities shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add or remove any terms or conditions of these Terms of Use without notice or liability to you.
