A little about us: Valley Youth House's Achieving Independence Center is a one-stop shop for Philadelphia foster care youth, ages 16 to 21 years old, to access independent living supports. Services include housing, life skills, mentoring, education and employment supports as well as art and community activities.
Art @ AIC is one such art group held at the AIC! Art @ AIC allows youth to "do art, be art, see art" by meeting with people in creative industries, going out into the community to see art-related events and shows, and creating their own projects related to their areas of interest.
