A little about us: Clean Valley Council is a non-profit organization that provides environmental, educational and outreach programs for the Roanoke Valley for 40 years. We reach youth and adults of all ages, providing free educational programming for all schools in our area. We encourage stewardship through education, promoting practices that protect our waterways, natural resources, and our lands. Our programs and events advocate for litter prevention, recycling, waste reduction, and stormwater pollution prevention. We conduct two valley-wide litter cleanup events each year and are the “go to” resource for local recycling information.
